We are excited to announce the launch of a new tool we've been working on: the Calotor AI Meal Planner.
The tool is designed to produce a detailed daily eating schedule based on your specific dietary objectives and preferences.
How It Works
The primary function of the planner is to process your inputs and construct a meal plan that aligns with your quantitative and qualitative nutritional targets. The system operates by taking the following parameters into account, which you can set yourself:
- Daily Target Calories: You can input the desired total caloric intake for your day.
- Primary Goal: You can select your main objective, with options for Weight Loss, Weight Maintenance, or Muscle Building.
- Unit System: You have the choice between Metric (grams, ml) and Imperial (oz, cups) for all measurements.
- Meal Selection: You can specify which meals to include in the plan, such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and up to two Snacks.
- Cooking Style: This allows you to define the general type of recipes you'd like to see.
- Ingredient Preferences: You can list specific foods you'd like to include and, just as importantly, any ingredients you need to avoid.
The Result
Based on these inputs, our algorithm generates a structured meal plan. The output consists of specific recipes for each selected meal of the day, complete with ingredient lists and preparation instructions. The entire plan is calculated to adhere to your specified daily calorie target and primary goal.
