How to Use the Meal Planner

Follow these simple steps to create your personalized meal ideas:

  2. Choose Your Primary Goal: Select the main objective you're working towards. Your options are:
    • Lose Weight: Creates a plan focused on a calorie deficit.
    • Maintain Weight: Generates a plan to help you maintain your current weight.
    • Build Muscle: Focuses on higher protein meals to support muscle growth.
  3. Select Your Unit System: Choose between Metric (g, ml) or Imperial (oz, cups) for your ingredient measurements.
  4. Pick Your Meals: Check the boxes for the meals you want the planner to generate. You can select any combination of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and up to two Snacks.
  5. Define Your Cooking Style: Let us know your general preference (e.g., Normal Cooking, Vegan, Keto) to help the AI find the right recipes for you.
  6. List Your Ingredients:
    • Preferred Ingredients: Enter any foods you enjoy and would like to see in your plan (e.g., chicken, broccoli, quinoa).
    • Ingredients to Avoid: List any foods you dislike, are allergic to, or want to exclude for any reason.
  7. Generate Your Plan: Once you've filled out your preferences, click the "Generate" button. Your personalized set of meal ideas will appear, complete with ingredients and instructions for each recipe.
